Hygiene Conditions (Important): Due to the nature of CryoLegs products (skin application), returns are only accepted if the products are in their original, strictly unused condition, and in their complete packaging.

"Isothermal Box" Clause: The provided Isothermal Box is an integral part of the product.

• It must be returned in perfect condition.

• In case of a missing or damaged Box, a flat fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the refund.
