Welcome to the RecoveryTech website. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply to all product purchases made on our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Note regarding returns: No physical correspondence or return of goods will be accepted at the registered office address without prior written agreement from our customer service.
For any return request, please refer to Article 5 of these GTC.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ORDER

To place an order, you must be an end consumer (individual or professional) and have a valid delivery address. The order is firm once payment is validated. You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase details.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

• Price: The price of the CryoLegs product is set at €199.99. Unless otherwise stated, prices include handling fees, local taxes, and any applicable customs duties. No additional charges upon delivery.

• Payment: Payment is made by credit card via our secure platforms (Shopify Payments). Your account is debited immediately.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• Processing: All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

  Delivery times:

  • France & Europe : 7 to 12 business days.

  • Australia: 5 to 10 business days.

  • USA: 7 to 12 business days.

  Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

  Responsibility: Risk transfers upon delivery. In case of a damaged package, please make reservations with the carrier upon receipt.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND INSULATED BOX

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt.

• Hygiene Conditions: Due to the nature of CryoLegs products (skin application), returns are only accepted if the sleeves are in their original condition, strictly unused, and free from any traces (sweat, odor, skin).

• "Insulated Box" Clause: The Insulated Box provided with the purchase is considered an integral part of the product. For any return:

  1. The Insulated Box must be returned in perfect condition with the CryoLegs.

  2. If the Insulated Box is missing, damaged, or shows signs of excessive use, RecoveryTech LLC reserves the right to deduct a flat fee of €50.00 from the total amount of your refund.

• Fees: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

• Note for our customers in Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Sports Use: CryoLegs are sports recovery products and not medical devices.

• Limitation of Liability: RecoveryTech LLC cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use (including non-compliance with the maximum application time of 15 minutes or use on damaged skin). The user assumes full responsibility for applying cold to their body.

7. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (strikes, global logistical problems).

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a US LLC, we ensure a level of protection compliant with European standards (GDPR) for our customers residing in the EU.

9: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Applicable Law (General) These GTC and all transactions relating to the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and subject to the mandatory local provisions defined below.

9.2 Jurisdictions and Specific Protections The application of Wyoming law cannot have the effect of depriving you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence:

• United States: For customers residing in the United States, the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms is attributed to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming.

• Australia: These terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). In the event of a major failure, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law).

• European Union: As a consumer residing in the EU, you benefit from the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence. You also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the RecoveryTech website (texts, logos, visuals, CryoLegs product design) are the exclusive property of RecoveryTech LLC. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
